Bridge Development utilizes a series of composite wall systems from their sister company, NANO LIVING SYSTEM, that have vast advantages over traditional building methods that include, but not limited to: reduced construction time, faster erection, less waste, environmentally friendly, not prone to mold, mildew, termites, etc., class-A fire rating, higher efficiency, greater thermal capability and much more.

The composite wall systems can be used in low to mid-rise applications without the need of additional structural support, as well as in high-rise applications as an infill panel.

Just A House provides the steps for sustainable, affordable, and solar adaptive construction. “Just a house” homes have been designed and constructed using computer engineering and computer controlled equipment, thus drastically reducing waste, defects and on-site development time.

In many places around the world, particularly urban centers, space is limited and expensive. Consequently, much of the restricted space is overcrowded creating difficult living conditions. Many times individuals are forced to choose between sacrificing space for comfortable sleeping arrangements or sacrifice comfortable arrangements to have adequate living space.

Suspending Bed Technology

The “Suspending Bed Technology” helps address this problem with providing comfortable sleeping measures without sacrificing vital space. The Suspending Bed is attached to the ceiling where it rests at ceiling level during the day. In the even it is lowered down via 4 (four) accordion style hinges (one at each corner of the bed) each having its own hydraulic hinge to easily lower and lift the bed. The bed has four (4) legs, each one attached to one of the accordion hinges that fold out while the bed is lowered and fold back in while the bed is lifted back up.
